Nothing cheers self-proclaimed reverend Brendan Powell Smith as much as divulging the Bible. For that, he thought it would be a good idea to illustrate Bible stories with LEGO constructions, which he would later photograph and post on his website. In 2001 he created his website and in 2003 he started posting several didactic books with his pictures.
The construction is ingenious and extremely creative.
The scenes are created directly out of the Bible passages and
everything is made out of LEGOs, with the exception of the sky and the
texts (which are added afterwards to the pictures). Additionally, some
LEGOs are adapted or altered using a hobby knife and some props are
added. Also, some facial expressions and garments are drawn using
permanent ink markers.

Something that could make a day more pleasant - I bet that if more of us
had such tables at our own homes, life would be much more unusual!

It isn't enough just to choose the best angle for a shot,
it's also essential to know how to capture a precise moment. In that,
Cartier-Bresson had a point.
Henri Cartier-Bresson was a French photographer considered to be the father of modern photo journalism and the master of candid photography. He helped develop the "street photography" style that has influenced generations of photographers that followed.
