Scene from Zero Tolerance Against Graffiti Documentary

The extent of the current wave of anti-graffiti policies throughout Australia is highlighted in this scene from the upcoming graffiti doco, Zero Tolerance Against Graffiti. Officers from the newly established ZeroTAG group (http://www.zero-tag.org ) confiscate the shoes of a guy on the street because of how they look.

does it matter that something appeared on 2 webpages on the internet? i have never hear of pictures of wall, so i would have missed this had it not spread around, where did "picturesofwall" get it from, all pictures where taken by them? or did they grab them all from other sites.
