First movie of an individual electron |

Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in Sweden have produced first movie clip showing an individual electron.
Professor Anne L'Huillier and Assistant Professor Johan Mauritsson, with the use of a newly developed technology for generating short pulses from intense laser light, called attosecond pulses, have captured the electron motion for the first time.
In the movie electron rides on a light wave after having been pulled away from an atom.
